If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can not thank the staff at the Reset Room enough. We started my birthday celebration with the reset room and it was absolutely wonderful. My husband, friends, and our kids joined for an awesome day at the spa. The staff kindly greeted us as soon as we arrived and there was a full spread of snacks, treats, and refreshments all of which accommodated my food allergy. We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and also informed on how to care for our scalp and hair moving forward. We each had a personalized scalp analysis and treatment that was unique and individualized. After the session they boxed up all the refreshments for us to take home. I truly felt celebrated.

Amazing experience here with Dalal (sp?) and her talented team. This is how you do it! They are very good at their craft - hair and scalp health. The session was very relaxing and I came out the other end with a clean healthy scalp and soft hair! Treat yourself (and someone else) to a session with them!

I had an amazing experience at The Reset Room Japanese scalp spa. Khadija, Dalal, and Zeinab were absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service from start to finish. The session began with a detailed scalp analysis, which was so interesting and reassuring. After the head spa treatment, my scalp felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and healthy. I could truly feel the difference, and seeing the before-and-after of my hair follicles was amazing—the results were so clear. My scalp overall feels so much better, and the entire experience was both relaxing and informative. I highly recommend The Reset Room and this team if you’re looking to truly care for your scalp and hair.

My husband and I had a very positive experience here. We made reservations for Valentine’s day and were excited for the services we booked. Staff were so kind and attentive to our scalp and hair concerns. They even gave us roses on our way out and we left feeling relaxed and happy. I would definitely recommend coming here.

My sister called ahead and ordered a head spa experience and hand mask for me. It was relaxing and just what I needed after the hype of the holidays. The team at the Reset Room were so welcoming and kind. The space was beautiful and felt relaxing before my services even began. It was very clean and modern, too! The owner starts off by showing you your scalp analysis and explaining the service. They make you feel at ease and like you're being cared for by professionals. (They also show you your scalp following services for a comparison.) My experience during the head spa was so lovely. I felt relaxed and I loved the scalp massage. The head spa therapist who did my hair used many different utensils which all brought a different feel and relaxing experience. If you're like me and love to have your hair washed/played with... this is the thing to treat yourself to in 2026. I know that I will be back!
